About us

Loominote is a voice-first AI note-taker. You talk — a meeting, a lecture, a half-formed idea in the car — and it captures the whole thing and turns it into clean summaries, action items, mind maps, flashcards, and answers you can actually search. It joins your Zoom, Meet, and Teams calls, reads your PDFs, and cites its sources.

We're on iOS today — 4.9 stars and the reviews are the good kind — with Android and web landing soon. We started consumer and grew real revenue fast. Then teams started pulling us in on their own: an international school rolled us out across 100 seats, a 300-person insurer is running a team trial. So we're building Loominote for Teams, and that's why you're reading this.

Small team, real traction, no layers. We're part of BinaryVlue, based in Bangalore, and we hire remote.

Why this role exists

Teams keep finding us on their own — a school bought 100 seats, an insurer is trialing us across 300 people — and none of that came from outbound. Imagine what happens when someone actually works the pipeline. That's you. First SDR in. No sequences to inherit, no CRM full of dead leads. You build the outbound motion that fills our calendar with the right teams.

What you'll do

  • Prospect. Find the teams and orgs that should be running Loominote — consultancies, sales teams, schools, research-heavy shops — and get to the right person inside them.
  • Run outbound end to end: email, LinkedIn, calls. Write your own copy, build your own sequences, test angles, and figure out what actually gets replies.
  • Qualify hard. Book meetings that AEs actually want — not "I'll take any demo" volume that wastes everyone's afternoon.
  • Live in the CRM. Keep it clean, keep it honest, and know your numbers cold.
  • Feed the machine back upstream: tell demand gen and product which messages land, which objections keep coming up, and which segments convert.

Who you are

  • You've done outbound B2B SDR/BDR work and booked real meetings — you can point to a number, not a job title.
  • You write well. Your cold emails read like a human wrote them for one person.
  • You're organized and relentless. Follow-up is where most SDRs quit; that's your edge.
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and a young product — you can sell the roadmap and the vision, not just today's feature list.
  • Bonus: you've sold a product-led or SaaS tool, or worked a global/remote book across time zones.

This role is not for you if

  • You need a list handed to you and a script to read. You're building both.
  • You measure the day in dials, not in meetings booked and pipeline created.
  • You go quiet the moment the first sequence doesn't work.

What success looks like

  • 90 days: a working outbound system — lists, sequences, and a steady flow of qualified meetings landing on an AE's calendar.
  • 6 months: predictable pipeline. You know your conversion rates by segment and you're beating your own baseline every month.
  • 12 months: the outbound motion is real enough to hire the next two SDRs around what you've proven works.

Why join us

  • Fully remote — work from anywhere
  • Flexible hours
  • Ground-floor ownership of a GTM function that doesn't exist yet
  • You work directly with the founder, not three layers below one
  • Real product, real revenue, real users — not a deck
  • We move fast. This is a priority search — if it sounds like you, apply and we'll move quickly.
