User Eligibility Loominote is intended for general audiences. Users of all ages may access the App; however, if you are under 13, you must use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Account Registration To use the App, you must create an account using Apple, Google, or email login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are responsible for all activities under your account.
Subscriptions and Payments Loominote offers monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscription plans. All payments and cancellations are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.

AI and Content Disclaimer The summaries, insights, and action items generated by Loominote are created by artificial intelligence (AI) based on user-provided audio and text inputs. These outputs should be considered suggestions and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose.

Loominote does not provide professional, legal, medical, or psychological advice. Using our service does not create any professional-client relationship.

Content and Usage Restrictions You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; Reverse-engineer, duplicate, or exploit any part of the App; Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; Use the App in a way that disrupts or harms the experience of other users or interferes with the App's operation. 7. Intellectual Property All content, features, and technologies within Loominote (excluding open-source libraries and third-party integrations) are the intellectual property of Loominote. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

Privacy Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review it carefully.
Analytics, Marketing & Notifications Loominote uses third-party tools, including Firebase and similar services, for analytics, performance tracking, and push notifications. By using the App, you agree to receive service-related notifications and optional marketing updates. You may opt out of non-essential communications through your device or in-app settings.
Third-Party Services The App may integrate with third-party tools or services. Loominote is not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party services you interact with through the App.
Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Loominote at any time, without notice, if we believe your actions violate these Terms or are harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Limitation of Liability Loominote is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

Any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated content; Service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access; Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the App. 13. Jurisdiction and Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively under the jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Changes to Terms We may update these Terms periodically. If material changes are made, we will notify you through the App or via email. Continued use of Loominote after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
