About us

Loominote is a voice-first AI note-taker. You talk — a meeting, a lecture, a half-formed idea in the car — and it captures the whole thing and turns it into clean summaries, action items, mind maps, flashcards, and answers you can actually search. It joins your Zoom, Meet, and Teams calls, reads your PDFs, and cites its sources.

We're on iOS today — 4.9 stars and the reviews are the good kind — with Android and web landing soon. We started consumer and grew real revenue fast. Then teams started pulling us in on their own: an international school rolled us out across 100 seats, a 300-person insurer is running a team trial. So we're building Loominote for Teams, and that's why you're reading this.

Small team, real traction, no layers. We're part of BinaryVlue, based in Bangalore, and we hire remote.

Why this role exists

We've built the product on instinct and founder-plus-engineering taste, and it's worked — 4.9 stars, growing revenue, teams adopting us without a sales team pushing. But "Loominote for Teams" is a different game: admin controls, shared workspaces, security, roles, billing for orgs. Nobody owns that end to end yet. Today it's the founder and the iOS/eng lead splitting product decisions between building. That doesn't scale.

You'd be our first PM. You own the roadmap — consumer core and the teams product — sit between users, engineering, and sales, and decide what we build next and why.

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap. Talk to users and prospects every week, watch the data, and turn that into a prioritized list engineering can ship against.
• Drive the Teams product: workspaces, admin/roles, SSO, the compliance surface (SOC 2 / GDPR / HIPAA readiness), org billing. This is where the next revenue is.
• Write crisp specs and briefs. Not 20-page PRDs — enough for a lean team to build the right thing without a meeting for every question.
• Sit in sales calls and trials. When a 300-seat prospect says "we can't buy without X," you're the one who decides if X is on the roadmap and when.
• Own the metrics that matter: activation, retention, conversion, seat expansion. Kill features that don't move them.
• Keep consumer and teams from fighting each other. Same app, two motions — you make sure one doesn't rot while you feed the other.

Who you are

• You've shipped software with your own hands on the roadmap — ideally at a lean startup or as an early PM, not a feature-team PM at a 500-person company.
• You can read product analytics and change course when the data disagrees with you.
• You've worked close to a sales or growth motion. You understand that a PM at an early B2B company is partly a GTM job.
• You write clearly and decide fast. You're comfortable saying no.
• Bonus: you've touched enterprise readiness before — SSO, roles, audit logs, a security review — and it doesn't scare you.

What success looks like

• 90 days: you own the roadmap, you've talked to 20+ users and prospects, and the Teams product has a clear, sequenced plan the founder and eng agree on.
• 6 months: Teams is shippable and selling. Activation and retention on the core product are trending up because you've made real bets, not tweaks.
• 12 months: a product that closes team deals without the founder in every call, and a roadmap the whole company trusts.
