Stop copy-pasting: route meeting outcomes into your CRM and ATS
Ask any revenue or recruiting leader where meeting notes go to die, and the answer is the same: a doc, a Slack thread, someone's inbox. The system of record — the CRM, the ATS — stays stale, because updating it is manual work at the end of a long day.
The system of record is where the value compounds
A note in a doc helps one person once. The same note in HubSpot or Ashby helps the whole team, forever: the next rep sees the deal history, the hiring manager reads the interviewer's write-up, forecasting is based on reality instead of optimism. The gap between those two outcomes is entirely about where the note ends up.
Route by meeting type, automatically
Not every meeting belongs in the same place. Loominote routes the outcome by what the meeting was:
- Sales calls → your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), with next steps drafted.
- Interviews → your ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse), filed against the candidate.
- Standups and project work → Linear, Jira or Asana as tasks.
- Everything else → Slack, Gmail, or your own automations via Zapier, Make and n8n.
The rep types less. The record stays current. And the next meeting starts from the truth instead of someone's memory.
